Shipping Policy:

We are thrilled to offer nationwide shipping for all our products. Please allow 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we currently only ship within Canada and United States.

Return Policy:

At Noor Revival, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here's our return policy to help you in case you encounter any problems with your purchase:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund on a case by case basis.

  2. Non-Receipt of Items: If you do not receive your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue.

  3. Cancellations: We accept cancellations until the product is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  4. Exchanges or Returns Due to Personal Preference: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged or defective. This includes situations where the customer does not like the product, or changed their mind about the purchase.
